Hacking Mario Kart 8 save file editing?

I was editing my Mk8 save file and found the offsets for everything necessary (Drifts, Coins, ...) but as soon as I edit one value and inject it, the game resets the whole save. Can anyone help me?

Oh yeah, it happens also when using my Mario Kart 8 Trainer. Someone should unveil this mystery. Probably some kind of anti-cheat but it's really pointless since it's just unlocks and it doesn't harm anybody. At the same time they have no proper online anti-cheat. As stupid as it gets like always Nintendo :/

Can you please share the offsets so other people can continue from there?

No other files than userdata.dat seem to store them
