ROM Hack Mario Kart 7 fly hacks

My friend has fly hacks on mario kart 7 that allow him to go up and down easily and fly over boundaries but I don't know what plugin he uses. He doesn't know either and when I google fly hacks the best thing I came across was a hack that has lots of options that aren't fly hacks. Does anyone know where I can find these fly hacks?
