Why don't you, I don't know... play the game? Or visit the Downloads section for save files? We aren't here to recover whatever you broke. This is why we tell people to back up save files. 80% of the time on GBAtemp, noobs lose their data because of user error, just like you did.

hello guys. i was playing mario & luigi bowser's inside story. when i reached airway i saved and when i played next time there was no save file and i dont want to start over please give me a link to save file when dark star has learned body slam (ground smash) and NOT a megaupload link because it does not work now-a-days.mediafire link should be the best.
