Hardware Mangled CLK pads on N3DS XL

As you can see by the image my CLK is missing 2 pads, which happen to be the important ones. Is there anywhere else on the board I can get a CLK signal? I tried the alternate point but that pad is connected to the NAND in a way that doesn't give me the signal I need. Any help would be great.
