I dumped about 2000 roms onto my usb (fat32) but its only showing roms to the letter B, is there a limit on games ?

Very old sets will probably don´t work anyway.

To answer a question from earlier, for TMNT, Xmen, and Simpsons, to select a character, use the rom from the 2 Player version and there will be a character select screen (or in the 4p/6p versions assign your controller to #2, #3, #4, etc)

And to the poster above objecting to the 150 rom limit, until this last release mame could only display 15 roms. Give it time.

I ran RomCentre and made about 2000 of them 0.134, took hours
Then dumped 150 on to a Fat32 partition on my hdd, they are working fine, i just dont like the button config, my old mame cab is so much better

I might upgrade it to 200-300, but not higher than that because that should be more than enough for most people.

lol 200 is more than enough for me. also is it ever possible to add filters to make the games less jaggy? like the filters 2xsal etc in snes9x GX?

Hey, I have a problem w/ it. Mine only shows the first 15 roms. I can't scroll up or down. I did download it off of homebrew channel this week, so I assume I have the most updated version. Please help. I did check and I have version .4

the hbc doesnt always have the latest version to download. if you can only see 15 than you have the old version. you need version 0.4.0

I tried Galaga and it didn't work for me. Don't know why, I got the entire romset of .135. I wish Ms. Pacman worked, though. I got Pacman Fever!!! I've been using MAME since 1998 and I'm used to to the format. I give it 2 thumbs up!
