Hacking Making emuNAND.bin file without computer?

I was wondering if there was a way to making a emuNAND.bin file without a computer because for some odd reason the emuNAND tool that is used to make the .bin file does not read my SD Card even though it's already formated.

You can use EmuNAND9 to make an emuNAND.bin file

I don't think emuNAND Tool has been updated in a while, might have some bugs that haven't been worked out.
