Hi lordelan,

I want to start to make amiibos too, if i read correctly these are nfc ntag215 stickers that i can stick anywhere? Could you point me to some empty discs where i could add them? (aliexpress) I want to take them with me, best would be in my switch case :)

tia.
I ordered those:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/NTA...able-NFC-Adhesive-Labels-Dia/32764597031.html
Flashed them with TagMo.
Then I took the cards (for which I flashed the Amiibo to NFC TAGs) from here:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/compcs-amiibo-cards.413508
I photoshopped them to fit the needs of a german site called meinspiel.de where you could upload and print complete individual card games.
After arrival I just place the NFC NTAG sticker on the backside of the printed cards and that's it.

Haha thats a nice way to do it, and then its still easy to take them with you in a card box or so.

Does someone else have suggestions? Do you stick then on normal plastic Chips? or do you use cards like https://de.aliexpress.com/item/100p...id=24104137-01c2-4f93-a74d-0ed9d3ded1ec&tpp=1 ?

I could easily store them in my case still carry them with meand that should not add much weight..

Which product did you order there exactly? Can you upload pictures there to print individual round plastic chips?
I ordered Clear Acrylic/Plexi 1.5" x 1/32" round discs.
This place laser cuts stuff for the most part. I don't think they print anything. I got the clear discs and stuck a decal on the front that i printed on a 8.5" x 11" decal sheet and cut out with a 1.5" fiskars round punch. Then I stuck the 1" round NFC tags on the back side.
If you didn't see them I posted a pic of my work here: http://gbatemp.net/threads/making-amiibo-ntag215s.413050/page-40#post-7172955

So only NTAG215 or will NTAG216 work too? They only sell these here :/

edit: Yeah only NTAG215. I'd rather buy Amiibo for $20 rather than pay $33 for a single NTAG215 sticker.

Man, shipping from AliExpress costs alot...
Still, i would need to get a phone that could write them. [Still nobody released homebrew for Wii U which could manipulate NFC sensor to write custom data to it e.e]

Ah yeah you were the one. It's a cool way to have Amiibo as well, that's why I was interested.
But I guess I'll stay with my cards. :)

Only NTAG215!

So quick question. I followed the instructions and set up tagmo, got the amiibo data I wanted auto wrote to card but when I try and use the tag on the switch nothing happens. Now if I hit scan tag in tagmo it says the tag I scanned is mario (which is not what I wrote to the tag) If I just tap the tag to the phone while tagmo is open it says empty file. So two questions did it write any data to the tag and if so why isn't it working on the switch. I checked the file size and that was correct. in fact regardless of the tag I scan regardless if I've written to them tagmo says its a mario file, even though I never wrote anything to them...

It's empty. Mario's number is 0, so the app thinks that the blank tag of zeros is Mario.

That's good. So when I go to write the to the tag, tagmo seems to shut down, not sure if its crashing there's no error report or message. If I try and write tag raw I get a UID does not match source error.

"NFC" and then the word that has the definition of "the land alongside or sloping down to a river or lake."

what is the word?

I can't tell if you're offering help or looking for it, but it's best to not do either. Besides, you won't get much from NFSeashore.

Try uninstalling TagMo and instead install the version found in post #45 of the TagMo thread. Here's a direct link to the post: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release...ng-editing-amiibos.431670/page-3#post-6530204

This worked for me and a bunch of other people with the exact same issue.
