It looks interesting, but in play store it's say that isn't compatible with my device (Xperia Z3)
If it can't use Bluetooth controller, they have to be connected by the USB, right?

I installed the app on my S9 with Android Pie, the pairing with the Switch is succesful but any button I press on the phone screen doesn't get recognized on the console. I haven't tried a USB controller but it should not make a difference.

would it be possible to use a xbox one or ps4 controller on the switch using you app as a middleware?

thats what hid-mitm is for or 8bitdo. i used hid mitm for a while and then got peed of with using my phone all the time. 8bitdo is plug and play and i can use either my ps4 or xbox one controller
