I think, topic "Wii backup Manager for Windows" must be sticky.
The reason is very easy:
There are only 2 WBFS managers (hope this is correct) that are still active under development: wwt (part of my iso tools) and WBM. My tools are cli and more for experts and are included in some other tools. But WBM is the "WBFS Manager for the average user and for beginners".
If WBM becomes sticky, it is a recommendation to use it and not some old (and sometime buggy) other managers.

I don't use WBM (sorry fig), but it's always my recommendation for others.
