You could probably work out that it isn't. Also, seenig as the patch is a taster, rather than a full update (Judging by the .2 at the end of the patch name

I think I've figured out why my flash cart freezes when clicking PokeGear as I patched it with two different Anti-Piraces and tried it on no$gba and it worked fine. It appears a new firmware is out for M3DSReal but the download link is busted so I gotta wait til I can play this awesome patch.

The only rom that works is the one from Romulation as far as i've tried -- If it's not #4160 then it won't work.

yeah no mentioning rom site names or URLs. you'll also want to remove it from your quote.
just make sure your original rom is 131072kb in size.
