Hacking M3i Zero + Mario kart problems

Hey there, I am using M3i Zero and have some issues with both mkds and m3i zero itself.

Here is the major one:
M3i Zero stops loading sakura, it only loads touchpod.
That's one problem, the other is that when clicking the "media" icon. upper screen turns purple and the lower screen turns white.

What I need help with:
First of all being able to boot sakura (system files and patches and such will help)
Second fixing the problem using media (the one above probably fix this)

Mario kart DS problem:
As I found out (probably everyone knows this) Mario Kart DS only works with "Download play" launching (pressing the Y button to boot).
EVERYTHING (single, online and levels) works, EXCEPT that I only got the starting levels on download play, I wan't to play with my bro on more levels.

What I need help with:
Using all levels on download play.

This is working as intended. Download Play doesn't give both players all levels.
