Hacking m3i wont stop blinking

Ok so i had old update for my m3i everything worked, i try and play pkmn white and i get crashes. So i update my system files my dsi no longer recongizes my m3i. So i try and update the fcore.dat and my light wont stop blinking? I got system folder and the dat file in root.

any suggestions?
