Is my PS5 fucked?

So I accidentally turned off my PS5 without realizing the white light was still blinking, and now my games all throw errors when I try to open them. I have rebuilt the database and cleared the cache but it did not help. The disc for whatever game I want to launch is in the PS5 is inside but it also does not try to repair or install corrupted files.

Is there anything I can do here other than replacing it?

It tries to check that but doesn't actually give me any codes. And if I try to open the game again it stays stuck on the game background.

If rebuilding the database isnt working I'd say do a full system format and reinstall the OS through safe mode.

I don't want to do a system format if I can avoid it, as I don't have PS+ for backing up my saves. Will OS reinstall wipe everything or just overwrite existing OS files?

It will get rid of everything. But that may be your only choice. Does the PS5 allow backing up of saves to USB? I know the PS4 did.

Reinstall os wipe off all data.

It will get rid of everything. But that may be your only choice. Does the PS5 allow backing up of saves to USB? I know the PS4 did.

It does, so I backed up my saves and reset it. All the games I tested so far work now!
