Hacking M3DSR Problem

I have a problem. I can load the in built emulators and the games and actually save them, but if I turn off my ds and load a different game the save is not there anymore. But if I turn it off and load the same game, the save is still there. Please note this only happens with nes/gb roms, not nds/gba games. Also, is there a way to load .bin files(some bin files are homebrew gba games/emulators)in the m3 real?

Please help me. I have searched everywhere for days for solutions, no results...

There could be several reason that the GBA isn't saving properly.

1) Try charging the Gba Expansion plug it in your nds leave it charging.
2) After you exit from a saved GBA game you have to turn your Nds back on and go back to the GBA menu to transfer the saved from the Sdram to the main save.
