I dont know exactly how to do it. I did check and the threads i found did Shit to help me. I know it cant run roms but im in need of a Ipod, so when i want to play games ill switch firmwares.

So how exactly do i do it? I cant seem to find a M3Sakura.nds anywhere either.

I believe there's also an iPod-like app if you really want an iPod.

Installing Sakura seems like overkill to me, although some people do it. Here's the Readme with instructions (I've never actually tried it with the DSTT so someone else will have to confirm whether or not it actually works with the DSTT, but it should):

1. download m3sakura_make.zip
2. extract contents
3. copy g6dsload.jp into the same directory
4. copy ndstool.exe into the same directory
5. run m3sakura_make.bat
6. copy m3sakura.nds to your dldi enabled flashcard (manually patch it if required)
7. copy the M3Sakura SYSTEM folder over to the flashcard root.
8. run m3sakura.nds

doesn't work with some cards due to their DLDI file. these include AK R.P.G, G6 Lite, G6 Real, N-CARD & Clones, etc.

don't know if the hacked/translated g6dsload.jp works.

to get homebrew to launch with Sakura, rename a copy of your flashcards dldi to "dldibody.bin" and replace the one that comes with m3Sakura. Hombrew will launch, commercial roms wont.

I believe that Rudolph no longer has the package on his site, so you'll need to find it elsewhere.

I am sorry for reviving this topic, but I am interested to run Sakura fw on my DSTT too. I have tested the premade one and it worked for me... But I want to launch commercial roms too, so, I'll stick to moonshell2+ysmenu combo until I find a way (or a full working sakura) xD

There is no way to run commercial ROMs with Sakura on the DSTT. Moonshell 2 is the closest you're going to get.

Rudolph stopped developing the hacked version of Sakura before adding support for commercial ROMs after he was threatened with a lawsuit.

So, I shouldn't say that it's impossible, but there is no version of Sakura that will run on the DSTT that runs commercial ROMs. At least none that I know of.
