Hacking M3 Real Movies?

Alright, I don't know if this is in the right place again... I just recieved my M3 real in today and installed sakura and have been putting music on it and some games that I currently have and they run perfectly fine when I try to play it.
But everytime I try to put a movie on it, the Sakura doesn't want to find the movie.. I've tried different formats. Avi, ogm, etc.. I am not exactly sure what format I should be using but if anyone could point me in the right direction.
Also while I am on this question.
What format does e-documents have to be?

Thanks, at least with the extension.
I was able to find the program to convert the movie files.
So hopefully things will work now.
