Hacking M3 REAL and EzFlash 3in1

Im trying to get my EzFlash 3in1 to soft reset back into the M3 REAL's main menu. I've read the readme and it says to rename the firmware file to "SoftReset.M3DS". Trouble is I don't know which file to copy and rename.
Well it does say "G6 DS Real: PASSCARD3_AMFE00.nds -> SoftReset.M3DS" in the read me but looking through my SYSTEM folder I didn't find any file of that name. Has anyone manage to get soft reset to work on their M3 REAL?

You get the "PASSCARD3_AMFE00.NDS" file by making a dump of the M3 Real with Rudolph's NDS Backup Tool. Use the 3in1 version.

Ooo so that what they meant. I made a dump and renamed it, it works fine now.
