Hacking M3 NDS movie converter Crystal need help

Hi,

I always use M3 movie converter Crystal and have worked with no problem.
Last week I had to format and reinstall everything, but now I can't encode in NDS file
with Hight Quality, the software always put it in Low Quality with gbm file.

I tried the software on 3 diffrent computer and it always the same thing.

I even tried to put it in GBA file, but it always converted in gbm low quality...

Someone have an idea what the problem might be?
