I don't think so... The R4 Changelog specifically said that it only fixed WW2..

Maybe I'm wrong. I'm going to test out Ben 10 after I download v1.12 tommorow on Thanksgiving.

The R4 Changelog says "1368/etc." etc meaning that games that needed the arm7 fix before don't anymore.
Ben 10 works fine now.
