It sounds like you just copied an out of date version of Luma3DS onto your SD. Download the latest version and see what happens

Honey, I speak and understand Spanish and even I didn't got half of what he said, however all he did was shortly explain what sighax was, and boot9strap and saying you had to have a 3DS system below 11.3 on stock etc etc.

The 3DS already has Luma without the SD, what specific files do I put on the SD?
Just boot.firm.
You don't need it on the SD card if you have it in ctrnand, but it's a good idea anyway.
Also you'll probably want to rerun DSP1/dspdump and get some CIAs back like Luma Updater, Themely, FreeShop etc. Check the last part of 3ds.guide where the "essential" CIAs are listed.
