I want to play out-of region download play games, however, either if my friend or I want to connect to the other, it tells us to update the frimware (my 3DS is Japanese, and my friend's is Australian)
I saw that you can fix it by changing the region of the 3DS, however, I'm afraid that I won't be able to play games online after that.
I found this old post on reddit, where they mentioned that someone created a function which fixes this issue, but it's only in Luma Hourly / Nightly.
Now, as I barely have any knowledge in Luma and CFW, I'm pretty sure that I shouldn't mess with Nightly / Hourly.
Anyone can help me to fix the Download Play issue or tell me if this feature works on normal Luma now?
