I want to run a 20.5.3 SDK app, specifically the upate (don't remember exact SDK version but over 20) on 19.0.1. Is this possible without deleting the update?

You can use a lower SDK version for a particular game using DBI. Whether it works will depend on the game and if it needs newer functions, but sounds like it works most of the time. Search this forum for SDK Spoof or similar, there's been a bit of discussion. No other app has implemented it yet besides DBI afaik.
