I've played Princess Debut

and I need moar love sim games that are in English

Any Recommendations?

There's probably more of those type of games for the PC then the DS.

Sprung is the only one that really springs to mind.

If you're interested in the whole Visual Novel thing, you could do worse than check out Lux Pain, Time Hollow and the Phoenix Wright games.

If you're interested in homebrew, give VNDS a try, and that'll let you play games like Fate/Stay Night, Tsukihime and Saya no Uta.

Tokimeki Memorial is the best bet for now, however if you wait 2 months you can get Love Plus, but be warned it's not just a dating sim but a virtual girlfriend you can interact with and you have 3 girls to choose from.
