Gaming Lost my Super Metroid save game

I injected super metroid super nintendo rom to my 3DS,
using "New Super Ultimate Injector for 3DS"
method : snes9x for old nintendo 3ds.

I finished the game, not 100%, so few days ago I decided to play it again, and I was surprised to see that my profile was gone :'(
any idea ? where to look ?? I really want my save back, please help me.

how ? I got the rom, then i built the cia, and installed it, the save was there for months, then disappeared !

How was this game played before?

same way, from 3ds menu, and saves to default 3ds memory, and i did use save states few times, all gone.

It sounds like you had the title installed before and done a reinstall of it later. If it was, those saves are gone. Reinstalls of any game will wipe savedata clean for any title.
