Lost all Zelda save files

My kids started a new game and it auto saved over the files.. lol. 200 hours gone just like that. I've downloaded save files that has Zelda completed. But not idea at all how to install them on my Switch. It's more for my children has they love Zelda BOTW and with all the added extra stuff on these files such as the light bow - they will be so happy. I haven't modded the Switch in anyway but am happy to. Can anyone direct me on how to install the new/completed Zelda files?

quick response: to manage the saves you have to use the JKSV homebrew in your modified switch.
first you have to check the serial of your console (is my switch hackable?)
then follow a good guide
