Hacking Lost all games on SD card ofter taking it out

So today, I was trying to get a file that I had accidentally deleted back on my 3DS, so I powered it off, took out the SD card, put it into my PC, got the file, safely ejected it, and put the SD card into my 3DS. But when I booted it up, all my homebrewed apps and games were gone, except for twilightmenu, Pictochat, My custom theme, and the apps I had before I modded it. I was also still able to use the Rosalina menu and boot into Luma config menu. Can someone help? I'm worried I have lost all my save files on all my games, and I really need them back.

Just in case i wasn't quite clear, i'm asking if there is any way to recover the save files. I already know how to reinstall the homebrew apps and I haven't made a backup sice I first modded it.

People really shouldn't use Faketik in situations like this! It might work, but it's not going to address the underlying problem.

There are a gazillion threads like this already and I hope you tried to search for them before posting.

Copy everything off your SD card using Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier. Format the card, test the empty card with h2testw, and copy everything back again. See if that fixes it. If the test fails or if you can't format the card, then you should get a new card (and copy everything to the new card after formatting and testing it).

If that still doesn't work, then it will still probably be possible to recover your save data, but this is good for starters.

or is there a way to opes 3dsx files without them

Yes, but please try following the directions in my post first. If your SD card is failing, you really don't want to keep using it.
