I'm looking to get a N3ds to mess around with. One that has an old enough firmware so that many of the exploits still work. (I already have a hyrule warriors special edition) I was hopping to get another n3ds that's special edition with a cool design. I was wondering if anyone could recommend one.
Also, is it possible to import one from Japan and through the power of friendship (and custom firmwares) change it to an English firmware? Thanks!
