Hacking Looking for android app to make amiibo backups and reapply them.

I've seen someone mention an app here which was capable of making amiibo backups and reapplying them. (I'm not talking about making fake amiibos. Rather having a backup manager so I can use my amiibo for different games without always having to delete my savedata).

Can anyone help me here / remember how it was called? (The amiiqo app can only dump :/ )

I've also attached a build. The only disadvantage, and it's a big one, is that the appID is tied to Smash bros for some reason.
