I see.
I followed the 3ds.hacks.guide tutorial to install Luma CFW on my 2DS, and all of the files I had to download for it is currently unorganized and I haven't had a chance to take a closer look at most of it aside from what was mentioned in the guide. I've still got alot to learn about the 3ds homebrew scene.

Thanks for the github link, I've got it bookmarked for future reference. I appreciate the help on this. I know this is all probably considered fundamental information for most people in the community, I just didn't know the correct terms to use in my original question. Once I seen NDS-Bootstrap mentioned, I remembered seeing that term a few times before, and it started to click a little for me lol

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
