ROM Hack Looking for a Japanese to English Translator

It's a pokemon program DSPokeEdit can someone translate all of it into english I know there is a spanish one but I don't understand spanish I would greatfully appreciate it translated.

When Pokemon Platnium comes out I think it would once that guy updates it then someone would finally translate this program!

The last mexican translation (1.78) has very little spanish, you should be able to use it.
