I looking everywhere but found only unreasonable price package. Most retailers sold only knock-off undetachable rubber and plastic analog. This rubber piece is really hard to find.

Could someone suggest a good place to buy?

I have the same problem. They can be found on AliExpress, but it is very hard to find original replacement parts or any that looks like them. :/

Did your circle pad's rubber skin peel off? Stores don't sell replacement rubber covers only.

Those Cyber Gadget rubber caps are accessory items that fit on top of the stock circle pad for different style contour grips. While you technically could* glue them on the stick's plastic base as a replacement, these caps might have a loose fitting.

Do you think switch rubber analog cap could be fit or mod to fit?

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Unless you already own a Switch, take your 3DS system and ruler with you on the next visit to Target, Walmart, or Best Buy. Measure the diameters of the Joy Con versus the Circle Pad. If they match, it should be possible to retrofit the Switch thumb grip to the bare Circle Pad.

For safety precautions on gluing the rubber cover,
