First window (With OK/Back buttons) I believe is to confirm the map you're selecting to send.
Second window is probably something along the line of "Searching for players".

Yup. In case that you want the translations:

- Send/Transmit this edit data?
- Searching for a connected opponent

It's a game I use to play in Middle School while I was in In-School Suspension

You have to run around collecting piles of gold while avoiding ninjas!
There are trap doors that you fall through and ladders you can climb. You can dig one block diagonal Left+Down (B) or Right+Down (A) to trap the ninjas and move down a level, but you cannot dig to the sides. There's a bit of puzzle involved since some of the gold piles are buried and you can trap yourself in the pits if you are unable to move.
 
Sorry to double post, but v1.1 is up and will most likely be the final version.

The only thing I didn't get to was the Wireless popups in part due to how difficult to identify and edit the popups are because they don't line up well and are not ordered well.
The Wireless prompts are to confirm sending the selected map and to let you know it's looking for players.

Not sure what card you have, but I've not seen a black screen happen ever.

But i got it.
I think this it's a bug form my R4 clone.
When i clear level 1 and do "save & continue" the game hangs (black sreen)
But when i do continue and then in the game save and exit it works :S
 
Hi, just downloaded the patch and it works. But it causes a hung black screen whenever I try to save the game. Any ideas?

I am using R4i3D card (with WiFi).

Same here, I am using: R4i Gold 3DS RTS or TWLoader.

Black screen in both when I choose "Save and Continue" after finishing a level.
I guess there's a corrupt or missing graphic on that screen in the patched ROM?

The screen should look like this:

Workaround is to "Continue" at the end of a level,
then when the next level begins press Start to Pause,
and finally choose the bottom option "Save and Exit".

You may also have to create your save with the Japanese version and then rename it to match your translated ROM?

It seems several files are misssing in the patched rom...
very possible that background graphic for saving (sys_save0?.afa) and few more (sys_pop_29,30).
I don't know file format but I guess we can restore original ones to fix it.

And here is the current translation patch [v1.3]:

- all the tiny bubble-ups for the items select in the Map Editor
- all the noticeboard info text, all the big text captions / header titles
- other minor graphical improvements (i.e. "Back" icon, "Edit Data" button)

some improvements for the Stage Select screen

added all the pop up messages for saving/loading progress screen
translated buttons "Save Data" and "LodeRunner", "Championship LodeRunner"
----v1.2a
messed a bit with graphics... there's combo in afa files, pallete, tiles, and map all together 3 in 1.
"Save" and "Load" captions for saving screen are translated now in v1.2a
...
For the pop up messages, I used calibri font, looks similar to the one used before.
