Hacking Loads of DSI Errors after installing cios9

Anyone else run into issues with cios9 and some rather unfriendly DSI Errors?
After installing it, I began to see these errors when installing WAD or trying to use the USB Loader app.
WAD installs failed at random points, the USB Loader did as well.

I did the usual things, removed all extra peripherals, controllers, memory cards, etc. I was unable to get it stable.

I seem to have eliminated the problem by reinstalling rev 08, which doesn't help the USB Loader app a whole lot.

Weird.
