Your booktype is still set to DVD-R not ROM. When you start IMGBurn, after you select write file to Disk, what does the status window say? Should say something like (in light gray):

DVD Device Common Name
Current Profile: N/A

Mine says:
LITE-ON DVDRW LH-20A1L BL02 (ATA)
Current Profile: N/A

TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H552L 0614 (ATA)
Current Profile: DVD-R

Edit : Do you perhaps have a messenger we could talk on faster

I was having this problem with RE4. I burned it in Nero and it automatically set the book type to DVD-Rom. I'm burning to a DVD+R. It's burning now so I will let you all know what happens when it's done.

He was using DVD-R disks and the drive does not allow for DVD-R to be forced Book Type to DVD-ROM. So switching media to DVD+R and setting the drive to ROM for +R media will fix his problem (been talking to him on messenger)

Resident Evil 4 works after using Nero and burning DVD-ROM, but it's black and white. Anyone know how to fix that?

Standard cables could be the problem, its rumored that HD cables or a VGA box are required for NTSC. That some games work without them, but most are unplayable

Hum, i tried Sports Island and Ferrari challenge, no one works...-4100

works on the games i tried (zck and wiki, tiger 09, okami) all on pal with using RGB cables:

using panasonic 111D (like the 360)
and just burning the partition.iso with imgburn.

When i stupidly burnt the iso, not the partition.iso i got the -4100 error.

Oh then, the problem is with backup-creator.exe no ? O_o

No, he said that he burnt the unpatched .iso file instead of the patched partition.iso. Backup-creator is fine.

He get this error when he burnt unpatched iso...but when burnt partition.iso, it works perfectly, then the problem is from backup-creator.exe i wonder (ofc if he used same dvd for both)

Book Type: DVD+RW should be DVD-ROM

Use the open book at the bottom right of the program to set Book Type. Find your drive manufacturer, and click their tab. Click the "Change for:" Drop down menu to whatever media you are using (in your case DVD+RW) then look at the bottom of the windo where it says "New Setting:" Change that to DVD-ROM. Press the Change button. Burn at slow speed
