Gaming Little problem with Mega Man10

I downloaded mega man10 off of this site:

If you scroll down to mm10, it says (IOS56-64-v5405 needed) so I downloaded it too, and installed both of them with wad manager, with out knowing what IOS56-64-v5405.wad was, or the proper way to use it/install it. now I can't uninstall IOS56-64-v5405.wad. I haven't noticed any problem other than the fact I can't uninstall it, and I have some missing blocks. my questions are; is there anyway to uninstall IOS56-64-v5405.wad, are there going to be any other problems other than some missing blocks, and how do I use/install IOS56-64-v5405.wad properly?
