is armeb-eabi the same as arm-none-eabi? I'm having a problem compiling something that is 10-12 years old, and I'm not sure if it's the compiler being too new. if it's too new, I probably won't bother with it, since it's a headache to install two versions of something, especially when you don't know which version to install to begin with.
