Hacking Letterbomb

Hello,

I tried using letterbomb on a virgin WII but the website tells me this:

The exploit will only work if you enter your Wii's MAC address.

I don't understand, I copied the MAC address correctly. Double and TRIPLE checked for the MAC address and it is the exact same as the one is written in the WII.

Are you sure you only used 0-9 A-F?

Yes, I used only hexadecimal characters.

I tried with all 3 browsers: Firefox, IE and Chrome, same on all.

The thing is, I doubt it knows what is a valid mac address or not. So it's not the fact that it's wrong, it's either in the wrong format or not enough characters or something (try a different browser)

Letterbomb will only work on 4.3 system menu's...........

... And the website have no idea what your SM version is. So thats completely irrelevant in this case.

There are only 281 trillion or so MAC addresses out there, they were going to have to buy/borrow/steal some of them eventually.............

Letterbomb must use the IEEE list to check for validity.....

you can still hack it, you just need to use an exploit disc, if on 4.3.......and hack with modmii, dude...

Oh yes I know, I just liked the fact that LetterBomb was disc-less.
