whatever you select is irrelevant and then after you've done that you can delete the letterbomb files as soon as you've installed homebrew and bootmii

Its an inside joke to spy movies. Doesn't matter which wire you choose, they will contain the same files.

Then, after you've done that, you can delete the Letterbomb files as soon as you've installed homebrew and BootMii.

Welcome new user. BootMii (with HBC) is packaged with Letterbomb, so you don't need to install them separately to make a complete package.

Also i can reset wii normal with mods and custom ios?

There's a little to be gained from resetting modded WIi, especially if you have a Priiloader installed. Unless something is really broken, but there are better ways to fix those issues. Again, provided they actually exist.
