Hacking Legit games and nsp DLC

so i have a mario rabbids cart and pokemon quest legit saves and games ive been playing for some time
am i able to boot into cfw and install nsp of the dlc for legit content?

in other words am i able to play legit carts i physically own on cfw, and install community nsp dlc to them?
i dont wanna lose my saves also if i decide to make backups of the games i own and get rid of the physical carts too

is there a save manager someone might recommend?

mostly wanna get the explorers pack for pokemon quest

Yes

Saves are stored in the console, not within the games themselves.
