So you are suggesting Nintendo is going to ship a few hundred thousand copies of this game all around north america to regional distribution points, from there stores are going to receive the stock, unpack it, place it on shelves etc, all in 24 hours?

Well as I'm speaking, I've already got my copy in my local store. I got the game since 7 hours ago.

Ok yeah ill trust someone who is in aus and not the usa. Gamestop/Ebgames has no stock and it doesnt arrive till tomorrow, you can call them up and ask if you like. So shut the fuck up please, you are the one who has no clue what they are talking about. Look back at the dates of 'release' and the dates of dumps and notice they are always 1 day after.
Edit: also obviously im not going to go into details of the distribution, but its not Nintendo who needs to distribute it at this point, its the various stores from their warehouses to the retail outlets.
There are two ways to dump it if you have an DLDI Slot1 Card (like R4, M3Simply, Cyclo) [only to backup it for yourself]

Wow, I had no idea that simply having a R4 and a working WiFi connection was enough to dump a game! And the save! Come on people that got the game, it's fairly simple, just do it! =)
Except that English is one of the four official languages of Singapore.
English, Malay, Tamil and Mandarin....with almost everyone speaking English.
