Hello I have a similar issue with right joycon. after reading this whole post and NO resolve I need help, I am on windows 10 so I believe its what caused my problem, all I did was my back up and change colors didn't do anything else, everything completed successfully but when I paired onto switch none of my buttons work, only pairing button, and stick. When I try to do a restore of my back up it only restores 8 instead of full 512. now I'm stuck with dead joycon. I used joycon toolkit several versions. Thanks for help in advance.
