Hey, I have questions about the necessity of leaving cIOS installers after installation on an original Wii.

So I install any cIOS, say, the updated d2x one, is it wise/necessary to leave it where it is after installing them on the Wii?

Furthermore, if I should, do I have to run the cIOS installer after installation to run a backup everytime?

Thanks.

It is not necessary to keep them on your SD Card, It is however a good idea to keep a copy of all your modding files on a disc in case you need to reinstall or refer to them in the future.

No, once you have installed a cIOS it is installed forever, unless you install a System Update, which is unnecessary.
