Gaming League of Legends won't start :/

I posted something earlier today too about this but I have another problem.

Okay, so I downloaded the game and Garena+ smoothly and then I downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable since I don't know which one should I use for the game to start.

I have Windows xp sp3 on my laptop, and I launched the Visual C++ already. Garena+ opens up and there're no error in that one but the game still won't start.

Same pop-up: "Install VC runtime library fail! Please try again or install it manually!"

What should I do now?
