Gaming Launch Day Purchases

Black 3DS -my main console

Blue 3DS - spare console, will be kept incase of hacks that require lower systems/problems with my black 3DS. Might sell it if there's stupidly high demand for them on ebay/elesewhere (i.e £300+)

Lego Star Wars - only game that i really felt i'd play enough to warrant the purchase, but i do have pre-orders for MGS, OoT and KH:3DS for when they're released.

Accessory kit (comes with spare styluses, screen protectors for 3DS, DSi and XL and games case), only really want the 3DS screen protector, but it's free with my blue 3DS so why not

Red aluminium shell - main reason, so i can (hopefully) get it signed by the gadget show hosts without needing the actual console to be signed. And red goes well with the black console (imo).

Executive case - free with my black console, will use when i get bored of the red shell.

Also, is DoA a launch title? (25. day in Europe?)

Blue one, Ive had it pre ordered and paid for since day one when gamestop officially started pre orders. And not sure if i'll get a game. I will wait for a few reviews of the weak release list. I don't really care for anything coming out the only maybes with review might be pilot wings and one of the racing ones. I don't like fighting games so def no SSF4. If the 3d is neat enough on the nintendo dog+cats maybe but I need some reviews befor I decide cause I hate the release list

The dates got pushed. From what I hear it's a common theme with the DoA series. Personally, I actually love it when I hear a game is delayed a couple months. That tells me the game devs want to make it right, not make it for the timeline.

I'll be getting the Aqua Blue 3DS, with SSFIV3D. I wasn't gonna get anything at launch, but the deal was pretty cheap so yeah.

I can imagine it...because those puppies and kittens are just so damn cute! (20 here) But honestly, I'd only get the game for the Club Nintendo coins and to show off the 3DS. Still can't decide if I actually want to buy any of the launch titles, because as of right now I only have SSFIV pre-ordered due to free $10 credit from Amazon.

And I honestly think people are wasting their money with battery upgrades right now. Don't you guys think you should actually see how the battery life is yourself so you know you actually need an upgrade?

the ds one was sort of boring to me but i hear the use of 3d in the game is excellent so if i see it on display somewhere i'll give it a nice 20-30 minute play-through

(not worth buying the game, though)

what do you mean by 3-22 games?
are there games being released on the 22nd of march? if so, that is wierd that they'd be released before the console that you use them on 0.O

That's what I mean though, it's kewl for like mucking around for a few minutes but these games are coming out at like $50+, surely no one of any reasonable gaming maturity would actually pay that ahahhaha
