Did you enable unsafe homebrew in molecularshells settings? If you do this, afaik you need to reboot for the setting to be applied.

Delete your current Molecular Shell bubble, reset your Vita, and install Henkaku again. This should let you install VPKs again, install the latest VitaShell release and just use that from now on.
