I downloaded the latest cheat database from Narin, the 29-9-08 one, and I got the one which was called '09_29_08_All.zip' for all regions, but when I load them up on my DS TT they're displayed in Japanese and I can't understand what any of them say.
It shows them in english on my DSTT, make sure you put the usrcheat.dat on the DSTT not any other one.
