    Ok, so. Since i'm a newbie i cant do too much, but... anyone who knows more... and wants to team up is welcome. So far, i found: The script files are in data/Story, mission info, and etc is on data/info. Menu and other stuff is in common graphics files. So hacking and transslating this game shouldn't be THAT hard. So far i managed to change a few names and lines. Behold my hacking skills hahaha:

    I was using CT2, in Codepage 932. Is there another editor that would let me view the script files and edit them, but in that codepage? ANy editor, text, or whatever.

    Hmm. Seems like this would be a relativelly easy translations compared to some others. I would help if I could but I will keep an eye on progress.

    for me it just looks like a file that is read from beginning to end.
    no pointers or anything.
    It wouldn't be too hard to make a program for the script files.
    However, item names etc are all divided with just 00's instead of control codes.

    Well if you want help, than i could take a look at this game if you want.
    If it doesn't even have pointers, than that's good.

    Yeah, is not that hard to edit. Today i expanded the size of the script file and added text, did'nt work. I'm stuck on the size of the original text now... Any ideas?

    Also, graphics are standar.

    I can't help you with the graphics, but adding text is really easy [​IMG]

    First you need to know how the Syntax of the text is, it's easier in this game than in Code Geass:
    3D - Beginning of Text (it can also be use for line break)
    right after 3D the line lenght must be defined (number of bytes): 1 byte for each letter (test = 04), mut be in hex (hello world = 0B)
    after that comes the text, the game will crash if the text is longer or shorter than defined.

    So if you add text to it, the only thing you need to change is the line lenght.

    Here is a image: the text in the () is the one i "added" whisch means the file size is also bigger:

    Make sure you installed the latest .NET framework

    The game uses informal(?) Japanese so it's kinda hard for me to understand. Lol

    Great tool, it makes it really easy to translate this game without much work, but it would be useful if you could add the speakers name to your programm.
    Before every text is the name: it starts with 3E and then the lenght of the name, like 04 for ?? (Tomoko)

    I will start a translation on this if you can add it to your programm.

    edit:
    When you translate one line, then any line with the same text will automatically translated. For instance, if you edit SPEAKER: ?? to SPEAKER: Tomoko, then all entries with SPEAKER: ?? will be edited.

    Also to let you know, any lines left blank will use the original line when saving, so don't worry about leaving an entry untranslated. This was a function from the first build.
