Big overhaul of some parts of the german translation, because not visible ( truncated ) text or meaning was not clear in the translated version.

I tested all functions (which where possible to me) with the new translation.

The update to r207 doesn't work (for me (?)). After downloading the new file (Google & app itself) it's still r206.

Sorry, fixed it now. Redownload R207. Also a lot of fixes in libext2fs including a big bug where HDD size > 4gb was not opened.
