Just read some Threads/Forums about this problem.
It could be either the RefreshRate of the Nintendo Switch that let many games run to fast or the OpenGL Driver.

vsync? I don't think so because vsync is active.
Probably the sound too, but not sure.

But he had the same problem (games run too fast) when using OpenGL.
Probably Vulkan will fix this someday?
Whenever it's done. Takes some time and hard work that they're putting in on their free time. Maybe a few days ago or a week ago, I believe I've seen "60%" either here or another place. Patience is a virtue
I did the last modifications yesterday but I've yet to test them. Depending on how it goes, it will be released tonight or tomorrow (baguette time).

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
