Hello. I successfully booted Lakka but none of my joycons get any input at all. I can only use the mouse touch-screen interface. On my right joycon, I use foil in order to boot into RCM and it still works fine when I boot homebrew for example or play emulators. Any help?

There's already a thread for lakka:

Ask your question there and you might get help.

My guess is you are trying to use the joycons in wireless mode?
If so that feature is not supported yet.
Otherwise they joycons should work while attached.

When you have a shorted joycon, it didn't seem to work in lakka. I had the same problem, and just used a different joycon

I tried them attached. Still no signal. Even with tinfoil, the right joycon works in attached mode in homebrew

Then the above post might be your situation.
Although my right joycon is shorted as well (pin 9+10) but it still works fine.
